Permission is granted to use Imagera's AI services for personal or commercial purposes, provided you have a valid credit balance. You own the copyright to the images you generate using our platform. However, you may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Credits and Payments

Imagera operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Cashfree and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits are deducted upon successful generation and may be refunded at our discretion in the event of a technical failure.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Imagera's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Imagera makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
