1. Refund Policy

Imagera operates on a credit-based system. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are generally non-refundable as they provide immediate access to our AI generation infrastructure.

However, we value our customers and may issue refunds in the following specific cases:

  • Technical failures on our platform that prevent you from using your purchased credits.
  • Duplicate payments made due to a technical error in the checkout process.
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification by our payment partner, Cashfree).

2. Cancellation Policy

You can stop using our services at any time. Since there are no recurring subscriptions for our credit packs, there is no need to "cancel" a plan. Your unused credits will remain in your account and do not expire.

3. Automated Refunds

Our system is designed to automatically refund credits to your internal wallet balance if an AI generation task fails after credits have been deducted. This ensures you only pay for successful generations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a monetary transaction, please contact us at contact@boostifycorp.dev within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your Order ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed via Cashfree back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
